At UG INC., appointments are a top priority. Your time is reserved exclusively for you, and we are committed to providing the best grooming experience. Please review the following policies to ensure smooth scheduling and excellent service:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
•How to Cancel or Reschedule: All appointment changes must be made through our online booking system. We do not accept texts or phone calls for cancellations or rescheduling.
•No-Show Policy: If you miss an appointment without notice, the full cost of the service will be charged. Until the no-show fee is paid, future appointments cannot be booked.
LATE ARRIVALS
•A 10-minute grace period is allowed for appointments.
•Arrivals beyond the 10-minute grace period will be considered a no-show, and the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged.
Payment & Gratuity
•Payments: Services can be paid for online or in cash at the time of your appointment.
•Gratuity: Tips are not included in service prices. However, cash tips are always appreciated.
